I've been going to Amy for a couple of years now. I see her 2x per month. She is the best in town. She keeps my body in shape - I have great range of motion and I am pain free which allows me to do my power yoga with ease. She also creates the perfect style based on my issues and my preferences. And I always feel the stress and tension melting away mentally and physically. She's a really good listener and has great intuition to know what my body needs with multiple techniques. The perfect massage every time.
